This years Symposium will be held in the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard within an 84,000 square foot space filled with entrepreneurs focused on engineering, robotics, AI, nanotechnology, and more. Nearly a century ago Building 128 was a home for Military innovation and, after decades of being idle, has been rehabbed and revitalized into Newlab.

Newlab opened in June 2016, as a multi-disciplinary technology center. Housed in Building 128 of the Brooklyn Navy Yard, building serves as a hardware-focused shared workspace, research lab, and hatchery for socially oriented tech manufacturing. Current members work in fields such as robotics, connected devices, energy, nanotechnology, life sciences, and urban tech.

In a unique approach, speakers will be asked to condense their presentations, allowing ample time for open discussions and Q&A sessions with attendees. This innovative format ensures that every participant has the opportunity to contribute, exchange ideas, and explore the nuances of robotics in Public Safety firsthand. Join us for a dynamic and collaborative event where your voice truly matters.
